The Historic Kingsmill Resort in Virginia, USA

The only AAA Four Diamond Condominium Resort in historic Williamsburg, Virginia, Kingsmill Resort offers luxurious riverside accommodations.
The destination features one- to three- bedroom condo accommodations with access to family-friendly amenities and two 18-hole championship golf courses. Condos with kitchens, spacious living areas and multiple bedroom units are available.

Kingsmill houses a 16,000 square‐foot IACC certified conference center, four on-site restaurants, fitness center and spa, indoor/outdoor pools and full service marina.
Renowned as Virginia’s largest golf resort and home to the Kingsmill Championship LPGA tournament, Kingsmill boasts golf courses designed by golf legends Peter Dye, Arnold Palmer, and Ed Seay.

Kingsmill’s historic land that once saw action in the American Revolutionary and Civil War now is home to The River and Plantation Courses. With earthen fortifications adjacent to tee boxes, cannons still at the ready and ruins of a Colonial inn where patriots strategized, golfers at Kingsmill are sure to have an unmatched experience.

**The Plantation Course** is an Arnold Palmer and Ed Seay design that challenges players of all skill levels. The 6,432-yard, par-72 course favors accurate iron play and good putting.
With landmarks from Richard Kingsmill’s 1736 plantation woven into the landscape, a round on the Plantation Course is truly historic.

For more than three decades, **The River Course** has hosted the world’s best players on both PGA and LPGA tours. Bordered by the calm azure waters of the course has been reborn thanks to the efforts of original architect Pete Dye who brings out the subtle details that make for a truly unforgettable round of golf.
Although these courses have hosted some of the greats throughout the years, the courses do cater to golfers of all abilities. Kingsmill’s Golf Academy offer private tuition throughout the year.
