“Not all clubhouse views are created equal”

This is the view from the terrace (one of them) at Dun Laoghaire GC Golf Club in Co. Dublin.

What is not shown is the picture board, positioned on the railings, which identifies all the individual hills and mountains. It’s a great idea and all clubs with views should let visitors know what they’re looking at. It immerses them deeper into the experience.

The big, pointy one in the middle – that’s the Great Sugar Loaf.
