Les Châteaux was ranked by Golf World in Continental Europe’s Top 15 courses in 2015. It’s inspired by links with its fast-running fairways, but has a heathland nature a la Walton Heath. The adjacent Les Vignes course was designed by Rod Whitman and this 6,281-yard track is pleasant and perhaps a bit less demanding but offers strategic choices off the tee.
