Not all renovations start from the same point, but they all mark a new chapter. And that’s exactly what happened with Topázio Vibe Beach Hotel & Apartments, one of the hotels under our management, which is now reopening after a process of renovation and repositioning in the market, which began in the last quarter of 2025.
With 86 accommodation units, including rooms, studios, apartments and bungalows, and a few minutes from Praia dos Alemãoes, in Albufeira, the objective of this renovation was to reinforce the identity of the asset and align it with a younger and more social audience, which values the proximity to the beach, the connection to nightlife and relaxed atmospheres.
The renovation sought to give greater character to the different spaces of the hotel, through a contemporary visual language. Rooms and common areas now have a new image, with new furniture and a colour palette designed to accompany the different moments of the stay. The pool and bar area also gains a new prominence, encouraging socialization and informal dynamics among guests.
For DETAILS, this is a very positive result, which reinforces that the path is to continue to develop strategies that value each asset, through an approach that aligns concept, product and experience with the needs of the market.
