Many golf and tourism actors were present: tour operators, renowned professionals, course architects and specialized journalists.
The outstanding 18-hole championship golf course, the luxury 4-star Hotel, the magnificent spa, the quality of service and the excellent facilities, were once again recognized by the numerous votes of our clients, assuring Royal Mougins world recognition.!
Royal Mougins Golf Resort is engaged in a “ROYAL” reflection, focusing on the future strategy of the club, ensuring that the entire team will answer to the required criteria for future market trends:
The 18 hole championship golf course, has gone through an unparalleled upgrading, with extensive bunker works to reduce the size and shape to accommodate todays play, maintenance and weather, while new lines have been created to emphasize the definition and detail along the course, further enhancing the fairways, wooden areas, rivers and lakes. The practice facility has been rebuilt with new artificial tees and target greens to test golfers from scratch to 36 handicap as well as allow for a fun family 9 hole Par 3 course. This winter, a complete renovation of the entire irrigation system will be done by the end of March 2018, making Royal Mougins Golf Course one of the top 10 courses in France.
The Team has dedicated resources to renovating facilities across the resort, with a new Conference facility, providing the perfect environment for successful meetings and the best team building activities. Following this, in winter 2019, there will be a refurbishment of the Clubhouse, reception, bar and restaurant further enhancing the well-established welcoming and convivial atmosphere.
Embracing the future, Royal Mougins is adapting their resources and amenities to better serve multiple generations, as well as introducing new elements of technology that will ultimately increase the golfing experience and the services across the Resort. The Club will soon be launching its own mobile application to create bespoke service platforms for a seamless experience across the Resort.
The roll out of these major investments and improvements will conclude at the beginning of 2019 when the Golf Course will be privatized and only Members and Hotel Guests will have the opportunity to experience this amazing Golf Course.
