Real Club de Golf El Prat receives Leadingcourses.com “Outstanding golf course” status for third consecutive year and climbs a total of 18 positions in 4 different rankings.
Real Club de Golf El Prat has been awarded the “Outstanding” status by Leadingcourses.com, the largest golf course comparison website in Europe.
The platform, available in 7 languages and visited by over 400,000 golfers each month, compares 25,361 golf courses from 153 countries and only 2% of the them enter the prestigious “Outstanding” category.
Only golf clubs that have a high number of reviews and with an overall rating of 8.5 or higher get to be recognized with this status, and this has been the case for the most exclusive golf club in Barcelona.
Golfers from all over the world wrote 140 reviews, rating the two championship courses ( the Pink and the Yellow), maintenance, facilities and services. The pink Course, considered the most challenging layout out of the 45 holes that Real Club de Golf El Prat boasts, is ranked #11 in Spain and #2 in Catalonia with an overall rating of 8.6.
Visitors get to comment every aspect of the Club, but what they have ranked higher is the general impression. The huge club house that hosted 10 editions of the European Tour Spanish open, more than hundred years of history and the high level of the course’s maintenance impress visitors deeply because since you enter the facilities, every moment is an experience.
