Links to La Manga Club for Golfing EliteIts three eighteen-hole golf courses and a privileged natural environment next to the Calblanque Natural Park and the Mediterranean Sea in the Region of Murcia, have consolidated Grand Hyatt La Manga Club Golf & Spa as a preferred golf destination in southern Europe.

Former world number one and captain of the European Ryder Cup team Britain’s Luke Donald, knows La Manga Club very well, where he used to spend the summer with his family and took some of his first steps on the resort’s golf courses. Another member of the new European team, the Danish Nicolai Hojgaard, played and won with his national team the European Boys Team Championship that took place at La Manga Club in 2017.

Female talent linked to golf also knows the resort well. Up to five of the athletes who have participated in the recent edition of the Solheim Cup have links with La Manga Club. This is the Spanish Carlota Ciganda, winner of the decisive point in this edition and champion of the Murcia Ladies Open held at La Manga Club in 2011. Sweden’s Linn Grant, Caroline Hedwall and Anna Nordqvist have also passed through the resort’s facilities, as has Britain’s Charley Hull, who played the LET Access Tour at La Manga Club at just fourteen.

“We are proud that names of global relevance visit us every year to participate in the many international tournaments we host, to train or simply to enjoy a few days of sport and leisure in a unique environment in southern Europe. It is an endorsement of a half-century history linked to this wonderful sport that remains the heart and soul of La Manga Club,” says Pedro Sánchez, Director of Golf at La Manga Club.

The resort has just undertaken a major reform that has included the reopening of its hotel converted into the first Grand Hyatt in Spain, as well as the renovation and comprehensive improvement of its golf shop to continue offering the best service and quality to its guests. The new pro-shop and golf reception has a new catalogue of products and new brands associated with the ‘Real Golf La Manga Club’ logo, along with exclusive collections, both in textile materials, as well as any type of essential accessories for the practice of golf.

La Manga Club has three of the best golf courses in Europe -the North Course, South Course and West Course-, an eighteen-hole pitch & putt course, golf academy, large practice area, and other exclusive services such as clubhouse, bar, caddy master and the renovated pro-shop.
