Destination Golf – Autumn 2022

DESTINATION GOLF TRAVEL (AUTUMN 2022): https://joom.ag/Mp3d

The International Golf Travel Market (IGTM) took place recently in Rome, an annual event where the golf tourism industry meets up for 3-days of pre-scheduled meetings and fam trips.

Hundreds of meetings took place, which provided golf destinations, resorts and courses with the opportunity to connect with leading golf tour operators who help grow the world’s outbound tourism market. The resounding feedback from all was one of positivity, as the thirst for golf travel is at an all time high.

One destination that everyone was talking about is Greater Madrid, which is our main travel feature. This new golf destination offers a superb choice of over 20 courses to play, blended with stunning architecture, cultural riches, glorious gastronomy, and vivacious nightlife with a passionate spirit that captivates your heart and lifts your soul.

Also included in this edition; our travel reporter Andrew Marshall reports back from playing golf in the Hungarian countryside before travelling to Budapest to sample some of its attractions. Andrew also reviews a bucket list of his Top10 public golf courses in the USA.

Other features review Dom Pedro Collection in the Algarve, Letters from Africa, and Writers Cup in Northern Ireland.
