Dun Laoghaire Golf Club, Dublin, is set to host the 2027 KPMG Women’s Irish Open, bringing one of the Ladies European Tour’s marquee events to the South Dublin coast for the first time.
Taking place 2-8 August 2027, the Championship moves to a spectacular 320-acre site at Ballynman Glen, at the foot of the Sugarloaf Mountains. The 27-hole course, designed by renowned architect Martin Hawtree, previously hosted the 2016 Curtis Cup and offers easy access from Dublin city and the wider commuter belt.
Since 2022, the KPMG Women’s Irish Open has become a standout fixture on the LET calendar voted ‘Tournament of the Year’ by players in both 2024 and 2025. With continued backing from KPMG Ireland and Sport Ireland, this move to Dun Laoghaire marks the next step in the event’s growth, promising enhanced hospitality, family-friendly entertainment, and record crowds.
