BELAS CLUBE CAMPO – GO WHERE NATURE HAS HISTORY

Belas Clube de Campo is part of a residential complex located near the villages of Belas and Queluz, just a 10-minute drive from the cosmopolitan capital and well connected to Lisbon Airport via a modern motorway network.

Belas Clube de Campo is a unique golf course designed by the renowned golf architect William “Rocky” Roquemore. The course meanders in amongst the hillsides, affording splendid views of the Sintra hills and is divided into well-defined parts: one with low density residential surroundings and the other through an untouched natural environment. The routing is wonderful with impeccably maintained greens, some of which are masterfully set into valleys, protected from the full force of the winds.

It has five lakes throughout its winding layout, fed by various small and picturesque waterfalls. The course measures 6109 metres from the back tees, providing a tough par-72. It demands both skill and tactical play, and is acknowledged both locally and internationally as one of Portugal’s best constructed layouts.

The start of the back nine is electrifying as you are thrown into the course’s ‘Amen Corner’. The Clubhouse is both modern and elegant, and the “Clube de Campo” restaurant is a main attraction and essential meeting place, where regional delicacies are tastefully combined with the most refined international cuisine.
