The Langkawi Big Golf Charity Weekend – Huge Success

Funds raised for Cancer Hospital at  Els Club Teluk Datai in Malaysia

The Els Club Teluk Datai was extremely proud to be selected to host the Langkawi Big Golf Weekend 2023 charity golf tournament.

Over US$26,786 was raised and will be channelled to Mount Miriam Cancer Hospital welfare fund to provide financial assistance to cancer patients.

The island of Langkawi in the northwest region of Malaysia is home to the Els Club Teluk Datai – Rainforest Course.

It is reachable via a 60-minute flight from Kuala Lumpur followed by a 30-minute scenic drive from Langkawi International Airport.

The club has won several international awards and was ranked in the top 100 golf courses in Asia by Golf Travel magazine and was voted in the top 30 most beautiful golf courses in the world by Golfscape.
