“2025 World Corporate Golf Challenge Portugal: Competition in the Corporate World”

The World Corporate Golf Challenge (WCGC) Portugal 2025 already has its schedule defined, consolidating itself as the most important corporate golf tournament in the country. With three qualifiers before the national final, this event brings together executives and entrepreneurs who share a passion for golf and networking in a competitive and exclusive environment.

The World Corporate Golf Challenge has its origin in the United Kingdom in 1993 with the aim of bringing the business world together with sports. In Portugal, the event quickly gained prestige and became one of the most anticipated events on the corporate golf calendar. Over the years, large companies and executives have participated in this competition, which, in addition to its sporting character, promotes professional networking opportunities and business growth.

In the 2025 edition, WCGC Portugal will feature three qualifying tournaments held at some of the best golf courses in the country: March 21 at Quinta do Peru Golf Course in Sesimbra, April 5 at Santo da Serra Golf Club on Madeira Island, and May 31 at Axis Golf in Ponte de Lima.

The top finishers from these qualifiers will secure a spot in the national final, which will take place at Bom Sucesso Resort in Óbidos on June 14. The winners of this final will have the honor of representing Portugal in the World Final of the World Corporate Golf Challenge, where they will compete against the best corporate teams from several countries in Shanghai, China.

More than just a golf competition, the WCGC is a high-level networking platform where leaders find a relaxed environment to strengthen relationships and create business opportunities.

The event offers a perfect blend of sports and business strategy, becoming a landmark in the national golf calendar.

The licensees of the World Corporate Golf Challenge Portugal, Ana Massapina and Estela Sargento, highlight the importance of the tournament in the business and sports landscape: “WCGC Portugal is much more than just a golf event. It is a unique opportunity for business leaders to connect, exchange experiences, and strengthen relationships in an excellent environment. With each edition, we aim to enhance the experience for participants, ensuring that the tournament remains a benchmark in the national business circuit and meets international standards.”

The World Corporate Golf Challenge Portugal 2025 will be a memorable edition, reinforcing the tradition and value of this tournament in Portugal.
