The nine-hole course is designed for beginners and those who prefer not to play an 18-hole course due to time constraints. It is regarded as one of the best nine-hole courses in the region because of its meticulous and ingenious design. But it is the 18-hole tournament-standard course that is the main attraction on the resort. The championship course has played host to several prestigious events, the most recent being the Catalonia Ladies Masters in 2007, part of the Ladies European Tour circuit.
