Parco de’ Medici Golf Club Shares Exciting Course and Landscape Updates in Rome

 06 June 2025
Located just 10 minutes from Fiumicino Airport and 20 minutes from central Rome, Parco de’ Medici Golf Club continues to deliver a refined fusion of sport, culture, and leisure — embodying the essence of the Roman golfing lifestyle.

Parco de’ Medici Golf Club is pleased to share recent updates that reflect our long-term commitment to environmental stewardship, playing quality, and guest experience. These enhancements reinforce our position as a premier golf destination in the heart of Italy, grounded in the values of sustainability, service excellence, and course integrity.

Over the past year, substantial efforts have been made to enrich the Club’s natural landscape. A diverse selection of native plant species and trees has been strategically introduced across the course to promote biodiversity, enhance visual appeal, and contribute to ecological balance. These measures are part of a comprehensive environmental renewal initiative aimed at preserving the distinctive Roman character of the site. This phase builds upon the recent full-course renovation of our 27-hole layout and the integration of a state-of-the-art irrigation system, ensuring optimal turf health and consistent playing conditions throughout the year.

As we enter the summer season, additional landscape development and fine-tuning of the course are planned. All works are carefully scheduled to avoid disruption to play and to support course strategy, flow, and visual coherence.
