La Cala Resort recently announced plans to extensively renovate half its 107 bedrooms over the coming winter to freshen things up for 2025. In addition to the switch to Bermuda grass, several new tee boxes have been created, with many others extended throughout the course. To further improve the golfer experience, new bunkering has enhanced both the strategy and visuals on selected holes, while turf reduction replaced by mulching in certain areas has had a further positive impact on water usage.
All of these improvements make La Cala the place to visit in 2025, and the team expects to be busy with interest from Golf Tour Operators and agencies at the upcoming IGTM event.
