INFINITUM organizes its first charity tournament in support of solidarity organizations

INFINITUM, the high standing resort located in the heart of the Costa Dorada, will celebrate the first edition of its charity tournament whose profits will go to the Aprender a mirar Foundation, dedicated to the protection of vulnerable people in the digital environment, and Afanoc, an organization that provides comprehensive support to children, adolescents and their family’s effected by cancer.
This tournament, which will be held next Sunday, July 2, will take place at the prestigious Hills golf course a few weeks after INFINITUM has been included in the top 100 sustainable courses. An award that highlights the naturalization of the club’s bunkers, which has not only improved the appearance and harmony of the course, but has also significantly reduced maintenance requirements, saving on fuel and machinery costs, and reducing CO2 emissions considerably.
The main objective of the charity tournament is to raise funds to support the work of these outstanding solidarity organizations, which play a crucial role in society. Aprender a Mirar works hard to educate and protect the most vulnerable people in the digital environment, providing tools and resources necessary to prevent risk situations and promoting a safe and responsible use of technology. For its part, Afanoc offers comprehensive support to children, adolescents and their families who face the difficult reality of cancer, providing them with emotional, economic and social support to improve their quality of life during treatment.
The solidarity event promoted by INFINITUM will start at 8 in the morning with the welcome act to give way from 9:30 a.m. to the departures in shot-gun format to start the tournament. Players, golf enthusiasts and INFINITUM fans, will be grouped in simultaneous outings in the shot-gun format, ensuring an exciting and synchronized start.
At the conclusion of the competition, attendees will have the opportunity to enjoy a cocktail consisting of a select variety of drinks and snacks. Likewise, an awards ceremony will be held with the purpose of recognizing the effort and participation of the players, who will be presented with items provided by the collaborating suppliers, who have contributed to the success of this charity event to conclude with a raffle. The INFINITUM charity tournament offers participants the opportunity to combine their passion for golf with solidarity, thus supporting organizations that work tirelessly to make the world a better place. Registration for the tournament has a cost of € 85, which includes the use of a buggy for greater comfort and enjoyment of the players. The game format will be Stableford, a modality that will allow participants to enjoy a challenging and rewarding golfing experience.
